🛎 How to Make Sure You Get Notified for Incoming SMS Messages in HubSpot

When you receive an SMS via our integration, we automatically create a task for the assigned contact owner inside your HubSpot account.

To ensure you’re notified when a new message (task) is created, please follow the steps below to confirm your task notification settings are enabled.

✅ Step-by-Step: Enable Task Notifications in HubSpot

Log into your HubSpot account.
Click your profile icon (top right) and go to
→ Settings.
In the left sidebar, click
→ Notifications.
Under “Assignments”, make sure the following boxes are checked:
- ✅ Task assigned to me
- ✅ Task reminders
- ✅ Daily task summary (optional)
(Optional) If you’re using the HubSpot mobile app, enable push notifications under your phone’s settings.
