Call forwarding (incoming 📲 )

Can be configured directly through our web-app, navigate over to the “Lines” tab to view your lines and set you call forwarding number

Typically, people forward their phone lines over to their CRM platform where their phone system is derived to maintain organization. Although a iMessage line can be forwarded over to any phone system

Caller ID Masking (outbound 🤳)

Please note that although caller id masking is supported, some carrier’s don’t like caller masking as it may trigger their spam filter’s to pick up.

If your business heavily relies on outbound phone sales, it’s recommended to use another dialer system and let contact’s/leads know you’ll be reaching out to them from another line

Troubleshooting Caller Id Masking

If you’ve purchased a new line from your CRM and setup caller id masking, your call’s may show as “Spam Likely” when placing them or may not route through.

This can be for many reason’s outside of our control, but we recommend you register for STIR/SHAKEN protocols to combat the spoofing made from carrier’s

This process is dependent on where you’ve purchased your CRM line from but nonetheless it’s the same process.
