Messaging Conversations

Depending on your conversation provider setup this may look different

The conversation's are the central hub with all your contact's separate threads or conversation's. Any communication thread will be found here just as you normally do within Go Highlevel currently.

Any automation's that fire with the contact from an autonation workflow will also show up here with the corresponding text or attachment.

How to send attachments

Attachments must be sent with an accompanying text snippet

The text can be just as simple as a period (.) or an arrow pointing down or up to the text

Conversation's with Assigned user lines

In order to use this feature, the line must be mapped with the associated user in the Project Blue Admin. By default, no number's are mapped to users

Once the line is mapped to a GHL user, the message sent from the conversation's from that user will automatically come from that line as the source number, regardless of the sticky number logic.

If no line is mapped to the user (default behavior unless setup), while the user sends a message, it will come from the previous number used. If no previous number was used and this is a new outbound, it will natively load balance between the lines
